We make jewelry by your specific order and all sale, sale order, or layaway sale are FINAL, no return is accepted, and no refund is available. Trade-up loose diamonds and mountings must be at least TRIPLE in dollar amounts before taxes. No trade-up value for watches, CZ, or gemstones items. Customers have 30 days guaranty for manufacturing defects, and these items are FREE of charge to REPAIR or equal exchange to NEW ITEMS. LAYAWAY items must be paid a minimum of 1/6 of the balance every month to the period of 6 months. Layaway items without making payments or wish to be cancelled by customer will be forfeited any credit. Items from $3000 and up will receive free appraisals for insurance purposes. Items less than $3,000 value can be appraised with $100 service fee. All rings are free sizing for the first time in a trial period of 7 days. All items are free cleaning & inspecting for lifetime excluding POLISHINGS, RHODIUM PLATINGs, STONE TIGHTENINGs, or METAL BREAKAGEs. We are NOT responsible for DAMAGED, LOST, or STOLEN of jewelry. We highly recommend customer s to activate personal insurance policies on www.jewelersmutual.com to cover for damaged, lost, or stolen without any deductions.
