GRADING GUARANTEE: All diamonds we distribute are NATURAL and from direct Diamond Sight Holders of DIAMOND TRADING COMPANY. All diamonds are graded and certified according to renowned labs: GIA, AGS, EGL, IGI, and STULLER. NO TREATMENT on diamonds such as laser drill, filling, high pressure high temperature treatment, or coating that affects the durability and alters the diamond price will be sold. Mostly Red Box Diamond from STULLER has one year paid for when damaged or stolen. If you accidentally lose your Stuller's diamonds anywhere you go, you will receive a brand new diamonds similar in the five C's: Clarity, Color, Cut, Carat weight, and Certification.

TRADE IN VALUE: At any time, you may trade up your undamaged loose DIAMONDS requiring that your new purchase items must be at least double in value. We also open to trade-up your undamaged and semi-mountings and diamond jewelry requiring the new purchase items must be TRIPLE in dollar amount of original items.

QUALITY GUARANTEE: All jewelry purchased from us is guaranteed for 30 days against manufacturing defects. This guarantee is not applying to accident or misuse of any jewelry item..

LIFETIME CLEANING: We will inspect and clean jewelry that you bought from us at no charge for as long as you own it.

FREE APPRAISAL: We will issue an free appraisal documents for insurance purposes for any item valued at least $3000. Any item less than $3,000 would be charge a service fee of $100. This appraisal is for insurance replacement purpose upon educated guess of inflation to protect a customer's investment value upon lost, stolen, or damage. Appraisal value is never a guarantee for resale an item for cash at any time.
