We make jewelry based on your specific order, so all sale, sale order, or layaway sales are FINAL, NO returns are accepted and NO refunds are available. Trade-up of loose diamonds and precious metal mountings such as Gold, Platinum, and Palladium must be at least TRIPLE in dollar value before taxes. Trade-up items must NOT have any defect on the metal or have loose/missing stones. No trade-up value will be given for a watch, CZ, gemstone, or alternative metal items such as Silver, Titanium, Tungsten, or Stainless Steel. Customers have a 30 day guarantee against manufacturing defects. Our vendors will evaluate whether it is in fact a defect, or if the piece has been exposed to accident, abuse, or neglect. Upon approval from our vendors, the item will be REPAIRED FREE of charge or exchanged for equal value in a NEW ITEM.

Items purchased on LAYAWAY or via installment PAYMENT PLAN must be paid for with a minimum of 1/6 of the balance every month for a maximum of 6 months. Any credit on Layaway items will be forfeited due to non-payment or can be cancelled by the customer also resulting in a forfeit of any credit. Items purchased via Installment PAYMENT PLANs can be repossessed without refund of any deposit or fee due to non-payment of the plan. Purchases of $3,000 or more will receive free appraisals for insurance purposes. Items less than $3,000 in value can be appraised for a $100 service fee. All rings are sized free of charge for the first time during a trial period of 7 days. After 7 days, any change in size must be paid for by the customer. Purchased items will receive free cleaning & inspection for life excluding POLISHING, RHODIUM PLATING, STONE TIGHTENING, or METAL BREAKAGE.

We are NOT responsible for DAMAGED, LOST, or STOLEN jewelry. We highly recommend customers activate a personal insurance policy on PerfectCircleInsurance.com/Protect (Jeweler Code: A01873)  to cover damaged, lost, or stolen jewelry without any deductions.
