     In order to keep 100% jewelry brand new guarantee to customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no return is accepted unless for manufacturer defected reasons. Trade-up solitaire diamonds from 1ct and up must be at least DOUBLE in dollar amounts before taxes. Trade-up finished jewelry must be must be at least TRIPLE in dollar amounts before taxes. No trade-up  value for watches, CZ, or gemstones items. Customers have 30 days guarantee for manufacturing defects to fix free of charge or to exchange for another item with full credit. After 30 days, customers must claim their insurance company for damaged, loss, or stolen. It is your choice to buy personal insurance with www.perfectcircleinsurance/com/Protect.      LAYAWAY items must be paid a minimum of 1/6 of the balance every month for the period of 6 months. Layaway items without making payments or wish to be cancelled by the customer will be forfeited any credit; ABD will keep credit for operational cost.
Items from $3000 and up will receive free appraisals for insurance purposes. Items less than $3,000 value can be appraised with $150 service fee.  All rings are free sizing for the first time in a trial period of 7 days. All items are free cleaning & inspecting for lifetime excluding POLISHING, RHODIUM PLATING, STONE TIGHTENING, or METAL BREAKAGE. We are NOT responsible for any DAMAGED, LOST, STOLEN of jewelry, or buying back  a used item. All trade-up must be free wills from both parties.
